I was running around on top of the hill looking for skunks, but it didn’t work. And then i did this and it worked on first try.

Equip Boomer under roster, and tag the skunk in the location i have done. And then travel to where i do.
If this do not work, try fast travel to somewhere in John Seed’s location. And then travel back and try again.
